Choosing a language and recognising French pages
By the Cinta team
Your chosen language helps you understand discovery pages and help articles. It changes neither the gift destination nor its currency. Cinta offers French, English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, Arabic, Chinese, Korean and Japanese on its multilingual surfaces.
Change language
Section titled “Change language”Use the page’s language selector. With a keyboard, press Tab until you reach it, open it and choose your language. On Cinta’s public pages, changing language retains the page and compatible filters, including city, search, category and sort order.
Your current country does not choose your language for you. Check the displayed language after changing it. Arabic interfaces read right to left; names, amounts and other fragments may retain their own writing direction.
What remains in French
Section titled “What remains in French”Gift names and descriptions are French source content. Translated categories and buttons do not translate those descriptions. Catalogue search uses French catalogue words: try « fleurs » or « bouquet » to find flowers, even with another interface language.
Request forms, private recipient and sender links, the account area, destination selection and legal pages remain in French in the current process. A notice identifies links that open these pages. The help language does not guarantee transactional emails or human assistance in the same language.
If an answer or result is missing
Section titled “If an answer or result is missing”In help, first search for a word describing your action: address, refusal, quote or payment. If you cannot find the article, use the categories and homepage links. An empty search does not mean the function you seek is available.
If an article translation is not offered, consult its French source when accessible. Do not treat displayed French text as proof of a complete translation.
For catalogue limitations, read choosing a gift. To request an explanation, write to the team specifying your language and the article concerned, without sending a private link.
