Responding to an invitation and confirming your details
By the Cinta team
The recipient link lets you confirm delivery information without showing it to the gift giver. This page opens in French. You are asked for no payment. Confirmation supplies necessary information; it does not yet guarantee gift availability or a delivery slot.
Check an invitation
Section titled “Check an invitation”The page shows the sender’s name, optional message and preferred date. If unexpected, contact the person through a channel you already know before giving your details. Do not publish the link or forward it for someone else to complete the form.
The current process is a demo: use fictitious details. Gift notifications are simulated. A message claiming the gift is paid or asking you to pay an amount does not match this process.
Complete the form
Section titled “Complete the form”When « Confirmer mes informations » (confirm my information) is available:
- Enter your first and last name.
- Enter a Paris address with postcode 75001 to 75020. Additional address details are optional.
- Optionally add a delivery phone number.
- Check the preferred date and, if useful, specify a time preference.
- Add only information needed to access the address.
- Read the privacy information, tick the acknowledgement and confirm.
Phone number, preferred time slot and access instructions are optional. Add no identification document, banking detail or information unrelated to delivery. Cinta still needs to confirm the preferred date and time.
After responding
Section titled “After responding”« Vos informations ont été confirmées » (your information has been confirmed) means your response is recorded. Cinta then needs to check the gift and delivery. The authorised team uses your details for this preparation. The sender sees only whether information is ready: their tracking includes no address, phone number or access instructions.
If you prefer not to receive the gift, decline before confirmation. Correction may remain possible during checking: see correcting details.
If the form disappears or says the request is already processed, read the result before trying again. An expired or replaced link needs appropriate recovery. For suspicious invitations, contact the team without sharing the secret link.
