Choosing a destination and checking delivery

The destination is the city where the gift should be delivered, not the country you are sending it from. The current process accepts Paris addresses with postcodes 75001 to 75020. Even within this area, every gift, address, date, time slot and delivery cost needs checking before payment.

Paris is the pilot area for this demonstration, not confirmation of an active commercial delivery service. A search result or selecting Paris does not guarantee a real sale. Product availability and delivery still need validation for each request.

Select Paris

1. Enter your preferred city under « Rechercher une ville » (search for a city).
2. Check its country and the availability indication.
3. If available, use « Choisir Paris » (choose Paris) to browse its catalogue.
4. Check the displayed destination again when preparing your request.

Selecting Paris reserves neither a gift nor transport. A product’s indicative price does not fix delivery fees. They appear separately in the quote.

Address, date and access

Enter a complete Paris address and postcode. Add only information needed to access the delivery location. The date and preferred time remain wishes, expressed in Paris time. Creating the request provides no express delivery deadline or guaranteed slot.

If you do not know the address, use the process without an address. The recipient can provide it directly. The buyer’s tracking will show neither their address, phone number nor access instructions.

City missing, paused or unavailable

A city may appear without allowing gift requests. If it is paused, unavailable or absent from search, « Demander l’ouverture d’une ville » (request a city’s opening) lets you enter the city, country, your name and email.

Use fictitious data in the demo and tick the required acknowledgements. « Votre demande est enregistrée » means the opening request has been recorded. It confirms no opening date, gift or delivery. Do not select another city to bypass an unavailable destination.

If the selection does not match your wishes after returning to the catalogue, select the destination again. For persistent errors, contact the team with the city and displayed message, without the recipient’s details.
