Declining a gift before confirming your information

By the Cinta team

The recipient can decline through their private link before confirming their information, while the request awaits their response. Refusal cancels the request. The recipient is asked for no payment to accept or decline.

Open your private invitation, displayed in French. Check the sender’s name and message, then find « Vous préférez ne pas recevoir cette attention ? » (would you prefer not to receive this gift?).

  1. Click « Refuser cette attention » (decline this gift).
  2. Wait for the response without clicking repeatedly.
  3. Check for « Votre refus a bien été enregistré » (your refusal has been recorded).

This result means the request was cancelled following your refusal. The page says you will not receive the gift and no address can now be submitted for this request. Refusing does not require providing an address or phone number.

Once information is confirmed, this link no longer offers the refusal button. This process has no recipient button to freely reverse confirmation, cancel a paid order or trigger a refund.

A request cancelled by the team or expired can accept no new information. If another tab has already confirmed or declined, the page may say the request has already been processed. Reload to read the current result. An error after a click does not itself prove refusal was recorded.

To report a change after confirmation, write to Cinta. The team will need to review it; contacting them confirms neither cancellation, stopped preparation nor refund. The demo does not establish commercial conditions for these actions.

Section titled “Unexpected invitation or inaccessible link”

You do not have to provide details for an invitation you do not recognise. Check the sender through another channel or report the problem to the team. Avoid attaching the full private link to your message.

If expired or replaced, the old link cannot be used to respond. Read private links before requesting new access. If you only want to correct information already supplied, correcting details follows different conditions from refusal.
