Resume an application that is blocked or submitted several times

By the Cinta Team

The Submit your business form opens in French, without an account. This demonstration requires fictional data only. A form error and a recording acknowledgement require different next steps: read the visible result before starting again.

If the form flags a field to check, read what remains displayed. Check the business name, the contact name and their lengths, then enter the city as a city name. A full address or unsupported characters may prevent submission.

You must select at least one offered category and consent to contact about this application. This consent is separate from marketing. In the demonstration, confirmation that you are using fictional data is also required.

For “Email professionnel” (business email), correct spaces, the @ symbol and the domain if the address is flagged as invalid. For “Site ou page professionnelle” (website or professional page), use an http:// or https:// link without embedded credentials, up to 500 characters. This field is optional: you can leave it blank. The link will not be visited automatically.

A draft is not guaranteed to be retained after closing or reloading. If you return to the form, check every field and checkbox before submitting; do not assume that the browser has saved your information.

There is no public link for resuming a draft or editing an application already submitted. Keeping the page open does not replace the recording acknowledgement.

Avoid repeated clicks while submitting. If the response is slow or the service is unavailable, wait for the displayed result before concluding that submission failed. If you return later, check the fields and whether you have already received the acknowledgement.

If a message asks you to stop trying or reports too many requests, stop repeated submissions. No precise time for lifting the block is guaranteed. For a persistent block, contact Cinta with the error text and when it occurred, without sensitive data.

“Votre candidature est enregistrée.” (your application has been recorded) indicates the form’s result. Submitting the same business in the same city with the same email address again may show this acknowledgement without creating a new application.

This repeated acknowledgement does not confirm that the contact name, website or categories in the initial application were updated. Do not change the email address to bypass this limit, and do not submit multiple applications to obtain a response.

To request a correction after submitting, use Contact Cinta. Identify the business concerned and the correction requested, limiting information to what is necessary. Do not send the entire form or a screenshot containing unnecessary contact details. Contacting Cinta does not confirm that a change has been made.

Read Submit your business for the expected fields and After an application to understand the next steps. No public applicant tracking screen or automatic decision email is currently available.
