Correcting details after confirmation

You can correct information you confirmed yourself through your recipient link while the request remains under Cinta’s review. This applies to details supplied by the recipient, not an address entered by the sender in their request.

This form corrects delivery details, not the email address used to invite the recipient. Public chat cannot change that email. To report an incorrect invitation email, contact the team without sending a secret link or posting another person’s email in chat. The team must verify your access rights before viewing the request or taking action. Contact does not confirm that a change is possible or has been made.

Check whether correction is available

Reopen your still-valid private link. The French page displays « Vos informations ont été confirmées » (your information has been confirmed). If correction is allowed, you will find « Corriger mes informations de livraison » (correct my delivery information).

If no form appears, the request does not permit this action through the link. After quote approval, during payment or later stages, details cannot be changed here. Cancelled or expired requests cannot receive this correction either.

Replace previous information

1. Open « Corriger mes informations de livraison ».
2. Re-enter your name and all necessary delivery details.
3. Check the address, optional additional details, Paris postcode and preferred date.
4. Re-enter the optional phone number, preferred time and access instructions if still useful.
5. Read and tick the privacy acknowledgement, then click « Enregistrer ma correction » (save my correction).

The form stays empty to protect your details. It does not show your old address for comparison. New information replaces previous information; this is not a partial addition. Do not omit a useful detail assuming it will be retained. Always use fictitious data in the demo.

Corrected dates and time slots remain preferences needing confirmation. The sender’s tracking still hides your address, phone number and access instructions.

Error or change while entering details

If a field is rejected, correct the indicated details and reread everything before resubmitting. If the page says information can no longer be corrected, Cinta may have approved the quote while you were typing. Reload to see the current status; do not repeat the same action across several tabs.

When correction is unavailable, contact the team describing the necessary change without sending a third party’s full address. Contacting them guarantees neither a post-quote change nor acceptance without consequences. For inaccessible links, see private links.
