Reading notifications without assuming an email was received

Private tracking lists notifications prepared for you or the recipient. The current gift process prepares them without actual sending. The human contact address contact@giftcinta.com can reach Cinta, but its operation does not mean gift invitations or updates are sent.

Read sending indications

In tracking, open « Notifications email ». Each line shows subject, person concerned and status. None replaces request status or the recipient’s response.

En attente	Pending: a notification is prepared, with no sending result yet.
Envoi en cours	Sending: no final result is displayed yet.
Simulé · aucun email envoyé	Simulated: no email sent. This is the demo process’s behaviour.
Email indisponible · aucun envoi	Email unavailable: nothing sent through this channel.
Envoi bloqué par le mode de test	Test mode blocks this send.
Non envoyé	The notification was not sent.
Accepté par le service email · réception non confirmée	Accepted by the email service; this does not prove arrival in the recipient’s inbox.
Envoi refusé	The sending attempt was rejected.
Résultat incertain · vérification nécessaire	Uncertain result: neither successful sending nor definite failure can be concluded.

Authorised sending tests differ from ordinary demo notifications. No SMS is sent. Missing email therefore does not necessarily mean your request failed.

Resume without multiplying invitations

Buyers must keep their tracking link even when they provided an email. For a no-address request, they can manually send the recipient link obtained from tracking. Confirm with the person that they have the right link instead of assuming an invitation was received.

Creating a new link replaces the previous one. This action remains limited to awaiting recipient response; it is not a universal resend-email button. See giving without an address.

For uncertain status or inaccessible tracking, contact the team with the reference and displayed text. Send neither the full private link nor the recipient’s address. This page guarantees no receipt or response time.
