Finding a gift and checking its contents

Start with Cinta’s catalogue, then open the gift page that interests you. Gifts currently displayed are demo examples. Their presence and images confirm neither stock nor commercial availability.
Use categories and filters
Section titled “Use categories and filters”Categories group flowers, chocolates, pastries, fresh products and little gifts. Open « Affiner et trier » (refine and sort) to enter a search, choose a category and sort by Cinta selection, ascending or descending price. Confirm with « Afficher » (show).
Search uses French catalogue terms. If no gift appears, try a simpler French word, remove a category or use « Effacer les filtres » (clear filters). Also check the destination: a city that is not open does not allow gift requests.
Read the page without assuming missing details
Section titled “Read the page without assuming missing details”Look at the description, « Exemple » indication, image caption and price. An inspiration photograph shows an idea; it does not commit to an identical composition. An illustration may be generated. Exact contents and possible options must be confirmed in the quote.
« À partir de » means an indicative starting price. « Prix à confirmer » does not mean free. The total and delivery fees will be shown separately before your agreement: see quotes and fees.
Food gifts and allergies
Section titled “Food gifts and allergies”For chocolates, pastries and fresh products, have ingredients, allergens, storage conditions and preparation constraints confirmed for the selected gift before payment. A category, photograph or general description does not establish suitability for an allergy.
If information is missing, contact Cinta with the gift’s name or public page and the question to check. Do not send medical records or sensitive recipient information. This catalogue guarantees no substitution or absence of allergens.
Inaccessible page or unavailable gift
Section titled “Inaccessible page or unavailable gift”A missing gift page does not allow a request for that gift. Return to the catalogue instead of editing the page address. If a request already exists, check its tracking: removal of a listing alone does not determine its status.
Once you have chosen, follow the preparation steps. The request form opens in French and asks for no payment when creating it.
