Reviewed offer, catalogue and partnership: understand the difference

By the Cinta Team

Cinta sells the gifts; local businesses supply the products. An application, a product proposal, its review and its appearance in a catalogue are different stages. None should be inferred from an image or a form acknowledgement alone.

A business can introduce itself to Cinta for an initial assessment. If the application is accepted for further consideration, Cinta must still qualify the information and the working arrangements with that business. After an application explains the limits of the receipt and the decision.

Acceptance criteria, the contract, fees or commissions and supplier payment arrangements remain to be discussed with Cinta. This article sets neither commercial rates nor a payment date.

Cinta can privately review the content of a proposal and its accompanying references. This review allows a decision on the proposal. It is not external certification of image rights, available stock or preparation capacity.

Content accepted for further consideration does not automatically publish an offer. Reading this article, submitting an application or seeing a proposal reviewed triggers neither publication nor an order.

The current catalogue is a demonstration with test products and prices. It does not prove an available assortment, an active commercial partnership or stock. A privately reviewed offer is not automatically connected to this catalogue, gift requests or quotes.

An inspiration or demonstration image does not prove that a product can be supplied or delivered. To understand this process, read Understand Cinta and Choose a gift.

For each gift request, Cinta must check the requested product, its quantity, any preparation preferences and delivery before proposing a quote. An accepted application or a reviewed offer does not replace these checks.

Read the final price on the quote for the request concerned. Reviewing a supplier offer does not guarantee the buyer’s price, the date or availability. Read Quotes and fees before continuing with payment.

Businesses currently have no portal for submitting an offer, uploading a photo or managing stock. For a question about a proposal or its terms, use Contact Cinta, without sending sensitive documents in an initial message.

Contacting Cinta lets you ask the question. It does not confirm qualification, publication, an agreement on rights or a delivery commitment. To introduce a business, return to After an application and the form explained there.
