Do you run a shop or workshop and want to offer your products to Cinta? An application introduces your business for an initial review. Cinta sells the gifts; local businesses supply the products. Submitting this form does not establish a partnership or publish a shop or offer.

Open the form

Submit your business opens the form in French. You can complete it without an account. Paris is the first destination; you can also enter a business in another city. This records your interest without making delivery available in that city.

The form currently linked is a demonstration. Use only a fictional business and fictional contact details, and confirm this in the checkbox provided. Do not submit a real application through this demonstration.

Describe your business

Enter “Nom du commerce” (business name, up to 150 characters) and “Ville” (city, up to 100 characters). Enter a city name rather than a full address or delivery instructions.

Under “Catégories proposées” (categories offered), select at least one category matching your activity: flowers, chocolates, objects, pastries or fresh products. You can select several. If none fits, contact Cinta to explain your activity; selecting an inaccurate category does not confirm that it will be accepted.

“Site ou page professionnelle” (website or professional page) is optional. If you fill it in, use a complete link starting with http:// or https://, with no embedded username or password, up to 500 characters. This link is not visited automatically. No photo or document upload is requested.

Enter the contact details and consent

Enter “Nom du contact” (contact name, up to 100 characters) and “Email professionnel” (business email, up to 254 characters). Check the email address before submitting, particularly its domain. The form requires a valid email address; it does not create an account for that address.

Tick the consent allowing Cinta to contact you only about this application. This consent does not cover marketing. The authorised team uses the information for review, and it is not published. Do not provide identity documents, bank details or sensitive information.

Submit and recognise the acknowledgement

Check the fields and checkboxes, then choose “Envoyer ma candidature” (submit my application). If an error message appears, correct the indicated fields before trying again. Read Resume an application if you are stuck.

“Votre candidature est enregistrée.” (your application has been recorded) is the form’s acknowledgement. In the demonstration, it confirms a demonstration record: no real contact is triggered and no shop is published. The form provides neither a tracking number nor an application file link.

A new acknowledgement after an identical submission does not prove that a second application or an update was created. Read What happens after an application to distinguish receipt, review and commercial next steps.

Ask a question before continuing

For an activity outside the listed categories, another city or a difficulty, use Contact Cinta. Briefly describe your question without attaching sensitive documents. A contact request confirms neither acceptance, a response time nor the opening of a destination.
