Preparing a gift request without paying immediately

On a gift page, « Préparer ce cadeau » (prepare this gift) opens the request form in French. You can complete it without an account. The request is for one catalogue gift, with the quantity you enter. No payment is requested here; Cinta still needs to check the gift and delivery.

Quantity and preparation wishes

Under « Quantité demandée » (requested quantity), enter a positive whole number, without decimals: for example, 1 or 3. An empty field, zero or a negative quantity prevents request creation. Entering a quantity confirms neither stock nor preparation capacity: Cinta must check that this quantity and your wishes can be fulfilled before quoting.

The optional « Souhaits de personnalisation privés » (private personalisation wishes) field accepts up to 1,000 characters. You can describe different wishes for different units, such as a different inscription on each. This text is only for you and the Cinta team. It is not shared with the recipient and does not replace « Votre petit mot » (your note), which they will see. Include no banking information or sensitive data.

Reread both fields before « Créer ma demande » (create my request): quantity and wishes are recorded at creation and cannot be changed afterwards. You can find them in private tracking and, if associated, your account. To report an error after creation, contact Cinta; contact does not confirm a change. Do not create a new request to bypass a payment already engaged or uncertain.

Choose who provides the address

Under « Connaissez-vous son adresse ? » (do you know their address?), choose the option matching your situation.

• « Oui, je peux la renseigner » (yes, I can enter it) displays delivery information. Enter the address, optional extra details, Paris postcode and only useful access instructions. The recipient’s phone number is optional; provide it only if you are entitled to do so for this delivery.
• « Non, je l’inviterai à répondre » (no, I will invite them to respond) lets the recipient provide their own details. Their email is optional. You can also share a link from your tracking.

Add your details and message

Enter your first and last name, email and preferred date. The recipient’s name and « Votre petit mot » (your note) are optional. The message is limited to 500 characters and visible to the recipient through their private link: include no confidential information.

Choose a date from today in Paris within the form’s accepted range. A preferred time remains a wish, not a reservation. Cinta must confirm date, slot and fees before payment.

Read the privacy information and tick the required acknowledgement. Use fictitious data in the demo and acknowledge that no real sale is created. Click « Créer ma demande » (create my request) once and wait for the result.

Result and errors

Successful creation opens private tracking, or the request detail if you are already logged in. Keep this access immediately. Your email alone will not retrieve the request.

For form errors, correct the indicated fields and check any cleared information before resubmitting. If the request has changed or the result is uncertain, first consult available tracking; do not create several requests to compensate for an unanswered click.
